iPhone 4 A1332 Firmware 7.1.2 Download: What's New and What's Fixed in This Update

I have iPad 2 and I tried using the firmware 9.3.6 (download link above) but it gives me the error message that the this firmware is not supported.Please help. I have ONLY this Saturday to keep my iPad usable.
